UC Monaco launches new MTB kids section

We created a kids MTB section at the beginning of the year in order to train and develop the children for Mountain Biking and the different disciplines within the MTB scene.

The children interested in joining this section of the club should have a relatively good basic skill in Mountain Biking and must fall within the 10-16 age category.

They will be trained by Julie Duvert who is a certified BPJEPS coach, professional rider and member of the club.

A partnership with the club de Sopel VTT has been made to enable our youngsters to take advantage of all the experience acquired by the club Sospel VTT in the formation and apprenticeship of Mountain Biking to children over the year, and also to enable the children to ride in some of the most beautiful paths in the Region at just a few kilometres from Monaco.

Julie will be taking care of picking up the children on Wednesday (excluded the school vacation period) at 12h45 just outside of Monaco with the UCM minibus in order to reach Sospel at about 13h45 to commence the training immediately. The training will end at about 16h30 and the kids will be taken back to (just outside) Monaco at about 17h30.

The number of places are limited due to organisational reasons.
