Journée de fête au Souvenir Bajoli pour les membres de l'UCM

Hier c'est déroulé le Souvenir Paul Bajoli, le rendez-vous annuel du club, avec une très grosse participation d'au moins une quarantaine de cyclistes.

Au départ du Stade Louis II le cycliste professionnel et parrain du club Philippe Gilbert est venu saluer les membres qui prenaient la direction de Nice. A l'entrée de Nice ils ont monté le Mont Boron direction Eze village par la moyenne corniche pour enfin arriver à La Turbie.

Enfin après être descendus au pieds du Mont de Mules la course du club a pu commencer : Andrea Petrucelli gagne en compagnie de Ben Gerrits. En tout cas le club veut remercier tout les cyclistes d'avoir participé à la course.

Club members make Souvenir Bajoli a spectacular day of cycling

The Souvenir Bajoli took place yesterday with about forty club members taking part in what is the club competition to find the best climber of UCM.

At the start in front of the Stade Louis II the pro cyclist Philippe Gilbert came to say hello to the club members before they started riding towards Nice. Once they reached Nice they then started climbing towards La Turbie by taking the Moyenne Corniche road.

Finally, after descding at the feet of the Mont des Mules the race finally got under way : Andrea Petruccelli and Ben Gerrits arrived first together. The club thanks all the members for taking part in this event.
